The Goat River Trail is a historic wilderness trail along the Goat River, British Columbia. This trail once served as a gold mining route, back in the 1880's (the Cariboo Gold Rush). The current route is a nearly continuous foot-trail from Crescent Spur to Bowron Lake in Bowron Provincial Park, passing through majestic old-growth forest.
There are backpacker campsites at several locations along the trail. The trail is a part of the National Trail
